ARC 3 of this AU's wilddd

For some context, I've recently started rewriting a proper timeline for Intertwined Opposites' main events. There is a total of four "ARCs/ACTs" i'll be writing down for the main story, with an ACT 0 being the prologue story and ACT 4 being an epilogue during it's ladder half

Right now with all the current animatics, time-line wise the last entry would be "Ivanushka". Which is a closer to ARC 2 and opener to ARC 3, though I'd like to touch more on the previous acts in future animatics, since I feel like what I gave yall's still too lacking in my personal opinion hsjfhd (If school and motivation don't go too hard on me hahdnsnf). There are tons of things I'd like to touch more on aughhhh (Mainly some sweet sweet character dynamics)

Getting Back into Coding - Returning Home

Hello! I have been missing in action for about 2 years. To be frank, I am a bit rusty with coding. After my tech internship, life hit me with some lemons and I ended up in an entirely different career path and had to pause with my college degree. That aside, I am ready to get back on track.

So far, during the past month or so, I have been dabbling with coding just for fun and I was exploring Swift - the coding language for Apple products. I immediately fell in love with it. It’s so easy and very beautiful to work with. I’m glad that Apple has a ton of learning resources, from Swift Playgrounds where you can experiment with code (very beginner friendly) to well written documentations. With my love for Apple products — I am also very deep in the Apple ecosystem and my newfound obsession with Swift, I thought maybe I should give coding a try again. So here, I am.

I am trying to take baby steps and ease myself back into it. Perfection does not matter, as long as I am consistent with creating.

describing my current situation in the style of a 4chan greentext

prepare a little mini presentation on the bastille

like 20 minutes before presenting, i discover that it's just under the minimum word count

so i add a little extra sentence basically saying "france had a lot of revolutions"

(it was better than that but you get the idea)

but that pushed it to be long enough

i presented, it went pretty great

and after these presentations, our teacher always asks if the class has questions about the presentation

yk for the unscripted component

my friend raises her hand and asks "what's your favourite french revolution"

being me, i respond "that's a really weird question but probably the june rebellion cos there's a musical written about it, les misérables"

everyone was like yeah that checks out

so after that my french teacher asks "can you tell us the plot of les mis?"

i was like oh boy here we go

(this is basically translated verbatim from what i said in french)

"so there's this guy named jean valjean, he's in prison cos he stole bread 19 years ago. sounds like excess if you ask me. anyway, he gets liberated and becomes the mayor of a town called montreuil-sur-mer. hmm what happens next. there's a woman called fantine, who dies. valjean becomes the dad of her daughter cosette. then, it's 1832! cosette meets a guy called marius, who's one of the revolutionaries preparing to fight. then, it's june 5 1832! jean valjean is also on the barricades, and he sings a very sad and very beautiful song about his 'son' marius, who is on the barricades. then the revolution failed. it was very sad. but, marius didn't die on the barricades, and he went home and married cosette, and that's their happy ending. the end!"

"oh yeah and jean valjean dies at the end. very sad."

I've started a biography of Frederick the Great meant for a general audience and the author felt the need to preface it saying that he's not a very familiar figure for most readers and I was like. What do you mean not familiar

life update: school’s out!!! and with that, year one went by like a flash. says a lot about me that the first thing i did was go to the library and get some books to read.

anyways so; i’m done with the first draft of my EE and TOK exhibition, got them marked by my teacher, so june holidays will go in that. finalised my chem IA, so i will start trials in july. start of july is when i’m shooting a short film for my CAS project. fingers crossed it goes well🤞

well. hope i’m productive during the holidays cause uh. my current predicted grades are NOT good 👍
